For items that we do not keep ready stock, we will place an order with manufacturer upon your request to purchase them. In such circumstances, a 50% non-refundable deposit will be payable before we proceed with the order. The remaining 50% shall be paid upon delivery of the item to you, (Please allow 1-2weeks for delivery)
Refunds & Exchanges
In case of lost or damage item sent by post or home delivery, please contact us within 24 hours. If your product is faulty in any way, Please contact us, we will gladly refund or exchange any purchase.
